You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Free Return Shipping

We offer free return shipping on all eligible returns.
After submitting your request, we will provide a prepaid return label.

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible, your item must meet the following:

✔ Item must be returned within 30 days
✔ Item must be in its original condition
✔ No restocking fees
✔ No “final sale” items — all products are eligible for return

Please note:

We cannot accept returns on opened trading card products (e.g., booster packs, booster boxes, sealed decks) if the seal has been broken, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be replaced or fully refunded.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue your refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
